Generation Three: Chapter 23

Catherine was tired after such an emotional day. It was so wonderful to see Colin tuck his daughter in for the first time.

I then took Colin to meet the twins. Caroline was asleep but Charles was of course awake. He hates bedtime.

I told Colin all about my brief relationship with Lana and how I had a science baby with Lana’s brother Liam. I then explained about Lana’s affair and how she left me and the kids.

Almost immediately after my story, Colin got up and played with Charles.

He then read Charles a bedtime story. I was amazed when Charles actually feel asleep. Seeing Colin with the twins made me fall in love with him even more then I already was.

With all the kids asleep, we had some shower woohoo.

The next morning, Colin gave George a bath. That dog keeps getting attacked by squirrels and sprayed by skunks.

Then later, I worked on my lesson plans while Colin did flashcards with Charles.

There is still a couple of days before Catherine’s birthday. She has been busy playing with her friends.

She also earned her final badge and became a llamacorn scout.

One afternoon I got a text message from Collin.

Florianna had gone into labor.

They welcomed a beautiful baby girl to the family. They named her Ada after my mom. I know she would have been touched.

Author’s note: I randomly rolled the babies name and Ada was the first one that come up. I knew it was meant to be.

I had to head straight over to meet my new grandchild. While there I told Collin I was hosting a family reunion that evening and had a special surprise for everyone.

But before the party, I had to go with Collin to Britechester to attend his college graduation. I had missed his high school graduation because I was in labor, so I wasn’t missing his college graduation for the world.

The kids were surprised and thrilled to see their dad was back and alive again.

For me, the best moment of the day, was seeing Charlotte hand Amaya over to meet her grandpa for the first time.

Colin just adores Amaya and spent the remainder of the party carrying her around in his arms.

Amelia and my niece Natalie were thrilled for me as they knew how much I had missed Colin. I of course had to explain how he was back alive again.

Then it was time for the Catherine and the twins to blow out their birthday candles.

Caroline has the glutton trait while her brother is a bookworm. Catherine is a beautiful teenager that loves animals and has her own unique style.

Later that night as Colin and I cuddled in bed together I realized my time as heir had come to an end. I completed three aspirations: scholar, best selling author, and renaissance sim. I maxed cooking, parenting, writing, logic, photography, as well as research and debate. I completed the message in a bottle collection and had several best selling books. But most importantly, I raised a beautiful family. I can’t wait to see what wonder things Catherine accomplishes in her time as heir.

No wheel spin for this chapter.
